DHS taps Director, Enterprise Technology Governance

Armed with nearly a decade of experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security, including time leading IT acquisition governance and engineering lifecycles (ALF, SDLC, SELC), Federal IT Dashboard Assessments, IT Program Improvement, and Digital Transformation efforts in the Office of the CTO, this leader takes on a new role.

Bill Pratt, who has supported DHS leading IT acquisition governance and engineering lifecycles (ALF, SDLC, SELC), Federal IT Dashboard Assessments, IT Program Improvement, and Digital Transformation efforts in the Office of the CTO, and leading the DHS IT Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), Agile, and IT Program Management Centers of Excellence is now identified as Director, Enterprise Technology Governance.
