DHS has provided an updated timeline, sharing that the next generation of this high-profile ADaPTS BPA, which will seek to obtain highly specialized technical and program management support services to assist OCIO in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives, will be released as early as October 1, 2024. The exact acquisition strategy is still being developed and you can expect to see many companies working hard to influence how, when, and where the RFP is released.

DHS OCIO kickstarts competition for $256M Architecture, Development, and Platform Technical Services (ADaPTS) 2.0 multiple-award BPA

The objective of this procurement is to obtain highly specialized technical contractor support services to assist the OCIO in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives.
The scope of this effort includes the contractor support services necessary to provide a full range of IT and program support services. All services and products that will be provided must comply with Government security, Section 508, and architecture requirements.
