This notice is to advise vendors that DHS OPO intends to issue a solicitation for a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Special Item Numbers (SIN) 54151S – IT Professional Services to obtain highly specialized technical contractor support services to assist the OCIO in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives.
The objective of this procurement is to obtain highly specialized technical contractor support services to assist the OCIO in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives. The key mission objectives are listed below:
- Implement and manage Cloud based commodity computing services
- Perform end-to-end technical requirements management for enterprise IT services
- Maintain and track application service level agreements and performance measurements
- Support Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) / Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application integration and interoperability for customer developed components

DHS has provided an updated timeline, sharing that the next generation of this high-profile ADaPTS BPA, which will seek to obtain highly specialized technical and program management support services to assist OCIO in executing and accomplishing its mission objectives, will be released as early as October 1, 2024. The exact acquisition strategy is still being developed and you can expect to see many companies working hard to influence how, when, and where the RFP is released.
