DHS Opens RFI for OCIO Enterprise AI, Data and Technology Strategy Support

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is conducting market research for contractor capabilities supporting artificial intelligence, data, and technology strategy and architecture across the ICE enterprise.

The RFI comes from the ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer and covers three functional areas: Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Technology Strategy/Architecture. ICE says these functions provide platforms, architecture, standards, governance, strategy and priority solutions supporting AI, data and technology enablement across the agency.
The requirement is identified as AI Data Technology Strategy, with the RFI title covering operations and maintenance, enhancement and design. ICE is using the market research to support acquisition planning, requirements development and identification of capable vendors.

The agency has not committed to a solicitation or identified a final acquisition approach. ICE may, however, select several responsive vendors for one-on-one sessions to demonstrate their products and/or services.

Who should care: DHS technology contractors, AI and data firms, systems integrators, enterprise architecture companies and technology strategy firms with capabilities across one or more of the three identified functional areas.
