Michael Smith is now identified as the Deputy Director for the Systems & Information Integration Office (SI2O) within the DHS OCRSO. Michael recently served as the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) for the Consolidated Asset Portfolio and Sustainability Information System (CAPSIS) and the DHS Cube and was the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for the CAPSIS and DHS Cube support contracts.
