The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) intends to award a sole-source contract to CGI Federal Inc. for continued help desk support services in support of the Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Sentry Module of the DHS Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) software, referred to as HSI Sunflower, in accordance with the attached Limited-Sources Justification (LSJ).
CGI is the sole proprietor of the Sunflower software products and support services. Sunflower is a commercial software acquired by DHS in 2003 as a COTS system. CGI Federal does not allow any other company to resell, distribute, or provide Tier 3 help desk and backend patching services for their products. The period of performance is a base year plus two option years.
