Those firms hoping to make a run at this DHS Enforcement and Removal Operations requirement, intended to customize and implement an automated invoice reconciliation process using UiPath for its detention and transportation contracts/agreements, should note that this RFP will be going out in GSA OASIS SB after all and is now slated for mid-April.

While not huge in terms of total contract value, that did not seem to limit the competition the last time this U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Enforcement and Removal Operations requirement, intended to customize and implement an automated invoice reconciliation process using UiPath for its detention and transportation contracts/agreements, was competed.

In support of its twenty-five Field Offices across the country, the automated process reconciles 100% of the bed space and transportation invoice line-item costs against established contract information and identifies opportunities to improve data quality in detention invoices and source systems, including the agency’s ENFORCE Alien Removal Module (EARM). Currently, the RPA reconciles approximately 100 detention and ground transportation contracts/agreements per month.

The incumbent on this task order, which was last competed on GSA OASIS SB, is Chevo Consulting.

The latest word out of the Department of Homeland Security is that the final RFP for this 5-year contract will be released in mid-March as a small business set-aside action on GSA MAS.

More will be shared as it is made available.
