Those tracking the planned recompete of this Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Front Office and mission support office support contract should note that DHS has pushed the RFP release back 4 months. The latest word is that the RFP is still expected to be released on GSA MAS as a SB set-aside in mid to late August.

Sorry PACTS II Primes – maybe next time! One week after DHS announced that this Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Front Office and  mission support office support contract, would be competed on PACTS II IDIQ, the agency did an about-face. The latest word is that this contract will now be competed as a small business set-aside on GSA MAS. The rest of the details remain the same for now, but this is a moving target. More to come if made available.

Update: PACTS II Primes will want to take notice as the Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency just announced that the recompete of this 3-year task order, which had previously been competed as an EDWOSB set-aside action on GSA OASIS SB, will now go out on PACTS II, and not GSA OASIS as had been announced.

For those not tracking this closely, the incumbent on this contract to provide CISA Front Office and the mission support offices with a range of administrative and executive correspondence management support services is D&G Support Services. The predecessor three-year contract was last awarded in September of 2021 with a total contract value of $8M. Details on that contract including spend to date can be found here. The task RFP is expected to be released this April. More will be shared as it is made available.
