A new request for industry feedback is being requested to support evaluation criteria focused on communication and user experience. Please see attachment titled DevMAC Reboot_Eval Criteria_Final. Due to the holiday’s it is requested this response be submitted by Jan 5, 2024 at 0800,
Proprietary information may be submitted; however, RFI respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. If a submission is marked, it will be protected from disclosure outside of Government personnel, unless permission is granted for Government support contractors to view the material.

Product Line Goals:
- Design and deliver a flexible talent pool that can evolve the traditional paradigm of long-term, methodical implementation of large and unwieldy software development projects.
- Expand the funnel to attract modular teams with varied capabilities and skillsets in crowdsourcing idea generation and execution.
- Improve the health of the Military Health System (MHS) developer industrial base by reducing barriers to new entrants.
