Department of Education Pre-solicitation Notice: Title IV Financial Aid Origination and Disbursement (TIVOD) System & Customer Services Transition Services

The U.S. Department of Education (ED), Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) seeks vendor support to develop the TIVOD Systems & Customer Service Transition, systems supporting the origination, disbursement, and reporting of Title IV federal student aid programs, including, but not limited to, Direct Loans, Pell Grants, and the Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grants.  The TIVOD solution shall also provide ongoing support for the discontinued Title IV federal student aid programs.  The primary goals of this solicitation are to transition and secure platforms, enable data accessibility accelerated analysis, and support critical business processes and decisions, as well as transform customer service and engagement.

Proposed Phase I Solicitation Issue Date is estimated on/about March 11, 2024 and is anticipated to be a 5-year contract.
