Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) NEEDIPEDIA Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)

The purpose of this NeedipeDIA BAA is to announce to industry and academia the DIA’s intent to solicit white papers in accordance with the FAR, DFAR and DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations (32CFR Part 21: DoDGARs). DIA is interested in the full range and full scope of possible innovative ideas for all interested and qualified sources, to include participation by both traditional and non-traditional “offerors” (e.g. large business, small businesses, independent consultants, academic institutions, consortium participants, foreign partners, and other entities) that may assist the agency in maximizing operating efficiency and effectiveness in operations, or otherwise provide preeminent technological and/or innovation capability that most capably allows the agency to support its mandated national and international mission requirements.

The DIA invites offerors to submit white papers in accordance with the guidelines described in this BAA.  Proposals will only be accepted that respond to a specific written request from the Government.  Unsolicited proposals to this BAA will not be accepted. During the open period of this BAA, special notices will be published in SAM.gov referencing the primary NeedipeDIA BAA HHM402-23-S-0001 and are referred to  as “CALLS.”
