DCG Welcomes Noah Albro as Chief Strategy Officer

The District Communications Group (DCG) is pleased to announce that Noah Albro has joined our team as Chief Strategy Officer! In this new role, Noah will develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans while collaborating closely with team leads on growth, delivery, and operations. He will also work with our cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, develop scalable systems, capitalize on market opportunities, and anticipate potential challenges. He will oversee the execution of these strategies, ensuring alignment with DCG’s values, mission, and client needs.

Noah brings over seventeen years of experience in strategy, planning, consulting, and leadership, serving both private and public sector clients. As an award-winning, seasoned creative and communications professional, he leverages his human-centered design background, creative expertise, and proven management skills to support complex customer missions. He is a growth-oriented leader with significant business development experience, driving both new work and organic growth.

Prior to DCG, Noah oversaw CVP’s marketing, communications, and change portfolio leading an exceptionally talented team of communications and creative professionals. He has also served as the Vice President of Integrated Communications at a rapidly growing Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business. During his tenure at both companies, he oversaw award-winning teams of communicators and creatives and provided hands-on support to customers across an array of federal clients, including the Departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, Defense, and National Institutes of Health, among others. In 2016, he co-founded a boutique service design consultancy based in Washington, D.C., providing human-centered design consulting to private sector clients.

Noah received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and his Master of Arts Degree in Advanced Design Studies (Design Management) from The University of Kansas. He is also certified in Change Management through Prosci.
