The 15 awardees, and key subcontractors, on this high-profile 10-year multiple-award IT services contract can now breathe a little easier this week and start planning in full for task orders.
After an extensive and elongated series of protests and challenges fighting the Department of Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services IDIQ contract award decision, late last week the Court denied the plaintiffs’ (Syneren Technologies Corporation, CAN Softtech, Inc., Ekagra Partners, LLC, JCS Solutions LLC, and The Prospective Group, Inc.) motions for judgment on the administrative record and granted the defendant’s and defendant-intervenors’ (Riva Solutions, Inc., Brightpoint, LLC, ProGov
Partners, LLC, ITC-DE, LLC, d/b/a dotIT, Halvik Corp., and T and T Consulting Services, Inc.) cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record.
“IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this date … that judgment is entered in favor of defendant and defendant-intervenors.”
The decision effectively concludes the case, and appears set to fully enable the department to initiate the Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services program for operational purposes.
