Is it full steam ahead on this heavily competed contract that will empower the ACF OCIO to bolster its IT services across more than 25 mission-critical applications? It certainly looks that way as the latest word is that a Stop Work Order that had been put in place post-award due to a pair of protests filed with the Court of Federal Claims has been lifted.
“Effective immediately, the Stop Work Order issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 33.105 (Protest at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims) and FAR Clause 52.233-3 (Protest After Award), is hereby lifted due to the decision of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, in TRIPOINT SOLUTIONS, LLC v. USA (Case No. 23-1925 C) on December 27, 2023, and due to the dismissal in UNISSANT, INC., v. USA (Case No. 23-01824) on November 9, 2023.”
