Post protest, IRS adds another awardee on $1.9B Enterprise Program Project Integration Services (EPPIS) BPA

Post award and subsequent protest, one additional firm (Harmonia) has been added as a Prime awardee to this 7-year multiple-award BPA in support of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enterprise Program Management Office.
