Gaithersburg, MD–April 4, 2023–Connsci, LLC, an 8(a) Professional Services organization that focuses on Management Consulting, IT Solutions, Learning & Development, and Cybersecurity, and Directus Consulting, LLC, a leader in Full Cycle Software Development, Business Intelligence & Data Science, and Acquisitions Management announced the completion of their merger today. Together the new organization will operate as Connsci to deliver industry leading IT solutions for Federal, State, and Local Governments, in the Health, Defense, and Civilian sectors.
Upon completion of the transaction Mr. Faizan Zia will continue to serve as President and CEO of Connsci. Mr. Andrew Rakiscany, the former President and CEO of Directus Consulting will now become the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Connsci. The headquarters for the combined company will still be in Gaithersburg, Maryland, while continuing operations in McLean, Virginia and Miami, Florida.
