Her strengths lie in her ability to develop innovative, strategic solutions, mentor high-performing teams, and manage large, multimillion-dollar programs that drive growth and efficiency. She is a PMP, ITIL, and CSM-certified professional who is passionate about customer satisfaction and aligning business needs with impactful outcomes.
