This contract involves delivering functional end-user training for the Air Force’s Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Program Management Office.

MRO is a critical component of the Air Force’s logistics business systems, aimed at optimizing resource and workload allocation within the Air Force Sustainment Center.  MRO is a single enterprise-level Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) system that is used to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance (Mx) and capture auditable financial transactions at the point of work.  Concept Plus will provide comprehensive training to end-users primarily located at key Air Logistics Complexes, including Warner-Robins (WR-ALC), Oklahoma City (OC-ALC), and Ogden (OO-ALC).  The contract award underscores Concept Plus’s expertise in delivering tailored, high-impact training solutions. The contract also involves extensive coordination with the Air Force Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and other significant locations nationwide.
