Commerce NTIA FirstNet RFI: Enterprise Program Support Services

The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet), Contracting Office anticipates issuing a fair opportunity solicitation in 2024 to satisfy the requirement for professional services in support of FirstNet’s various Mission Units. The current contract for these services is a time and material (T&M) type contract. However, FirstNet anticipates some combination of T&M and firm-fixed-price (FFP) or solely FFP moving forward. The current contract’s total contract value is $37M. When considering the current requirements and the addition of new requirements moving forward, FirstNet anticipates a rough order of magnitude (ROM) in the range of $55-$60M regarding any subsequent contract. This ROM does not represent a firm estimate since unknown factors may influence the estimated magnitude, such as responses to this RFI. This ROM is provided so that industry may gauge the potential magnitude of the requirement.

Stakeholder Task 1 –

1. The Contractor shall develop an engagement plan to prepare for public safety stakeholder engagements.

8. The Contractor shall analyze data sets and develop draft reports that summarize FirstNet’s engagement and findings with public safety stakeholders.
9. The Contractor shall revise and maintain a manual and templates for the Network Experience Engagement Program (NEEP) program.
