Commerce Department recruits recent State Dept Tech PM to serve as CISO

This seasoned Strategic Security Leader with 10 years of experience anticipating and leading change in technology intensive environments, including a recent stint as a Senior Technical Program Manager with the Department of State has taken on a new role with the Commerce Department.

Sean Flowers, with skills in cloud deployments, organizational design, investment decision analysis, portfolio management, and business process reengineering and an Army cyber officer with a successful record of leading teams in cyberspace, has taken on a new challenge as a Chief Information Security Officer with the Department of Commerce.
