With more than 14 years of experience in the BPO industry and a distinguished career at Coast, Mr. Brown has consistently showcased exceptional leadership and expertise across multiple departments, including Accounting, Compliance, Client Service, and Operations. His deep experience in the company, combined with his willingness to support and assist others, has made him an invaluable resource throughout the organization.
In his previous position as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Brown played a crucial role in driving the company’s success through his strategic oversight and effective management. His knowledge of contact center strategy and operations has been critical in guiding his team and ensuring that client expectations are consistently met.
As Senior Vice President of BPO Operations, Mr. Brown will continue to lead the BPO Operations Department, overseeing all aspects of the BPO business.
