The USCG, Office of International Acquisition (CG-922), is planning to acquire a range of programmatic and administrative support services to the Cognizant Government Project Manager in connection with both FMS procurement and EDA transfer projects, but the latest word is that they are not expected to compete this 5-year requirement.

The Incumbent is Bowhead Mission Solutions, part of the UIC family. This contract was 8(A) competed the last time around – contract Details and Spend to Date can be found here (70Z02323F92200004)

It is unclear  whether this will be awarded as a logical-follow on or just a sole source, but any firms hoping to get a chance to make a run at this can push their attention elsewhere.
