Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) has been named as a Training Apex Award winner by Training magazine for the fifth consecutive year. Coast’s ranking on the list of winners was 76th as revealed on February 26, 2024, at the Training APEX Awards Gala in Orlando, Florida. Representing Coast at the event were Training Lead, Bryon Monteleone, as well as Technical Writers, Ashley Miller and Ashley Collie.
The Training APEX Awards identify organizations with the most successful learning and development programs in the world, highlighting Coast’s commitment to creating a training program to ensure staff success. The awards rank companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training programs using both quantitative and qualitative scoring methods. The Training APEX Awards recognize corporate training initiatives, including the number of training hours per employee program, allocated training budget, human resource involvement, and strategic learning goals. Over the last four years, Coast’s Training Department employees have been acknowledged for staying innovative and working diligently to establish a world-class training program.
