The Contractor must demonstrate 65 the ability to:

Plan, implement and operationalize the testing methodology and framework that support validation of business processes and outcomes, including supporting tools o Approach that demonstrates the quality of the integrated system by validating it performs the business processes as intended • Create comprehensive suite of test scenarios and test cases, including associated business rule, dependencies, constraints, other data requirements that are known and necessary to perform test execution. • Ensure conformance with established methodology to be developed. • Create “digital” repository for testing artifacts and other related documentation that can be easily accessible by key stakeholders
