Provide IT Operations, Technical Operations Center (TOC), and Help Desk Support Services to the Office of the Chief Information Officer. Facilitate the sustainability and administration of the Information Technology (IT) systems and network in support of the CISA mission. Support the portfolio of enterprise services and capabilities associated with the IT infrastructure services domain; this includes defining and executing CIO’s overall strategy, roadmaps, standards, policies, investments, and projects with engineering, design and architecture services. These solutions will increase the productivity of end users, engineers, mission support personnel, administrative users, and all offices in support of CISA’s overall mission by quickly and efficiently delivering reliable, innovative, and secure IT services. The contract vehicle is anticipated to be either 8(a)STARS or VETS2 depending on the market research. The contract type is anticipated to be a T&M with FFP combination.
