More than Three Decades of Perspective
I have spent more than three decades working across the federal technology and consulting landscape, helping organizations navigate growth, modernization, and large-scale transformation initiatives across the Civilian and Health sectors. Throughout my career, I have focused on building high-performing organizations, strengthening executive customer relationships, and helping agencies improve mission delivery through technology and innovation.
My experience spans leadership roles at organizations including Maximus/Attain, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Octo Consulting Group, and most recently Mosaic Technologies, where I served as President and CEO. Across those roles, I have led strategic growth initiatives, managed complex portfolios, advised executive leadership teams, and helped organizations scale in highly competitive federal markets.
What has remained consistent throughout my career is a strong focus on connecting strategy, operational execution, and mission outcomes. I’ve always believed that successful growth comes from truly understanding customer challenges, building trusted partnerships, and delivering measurable value that supports agency missions in meaningful ways.
Driving Federal Health and Civilian Growth
My role will focus on helping accelerate Inadev’s growth across the civilian and health market while continuing to strengthen delivery excellence, operational maturity, and long-term customer partnerships. That includes expanding strategic agency engagement, shaping targeted growth strategies, building a high-quality pipeline, and aligning our capabilities to the evolving priorities of federal agencies.
One of the most important shifts happening across the market is the move from traditional services models toward more integrated, solution-led delivery approaches. Agencies are increasingly looking for partners that can help them modernize holistically by connecting cloud, AI, data, and automation into cohesive mission solutions. They also want partners that can reduce complexity, accelerate outcomes, and provide scalable innovation that can evolve with their needs over time.
I believe Inadev is very well positioned to meet that demand, particularly through its investments in AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, and modern engineering approaches. My focus will be on helping further strengthen that positioning while ensuring we continue building the right partnerships, talent, and operational capabilities needed to scale strategically and sustainably.
Equally important, growth today is not just about pursuing opportunities – it is about creating long-term value for customers, building trust through successful delivery, and positioning Inadev as a strategic partner that agencies rely on to navigate change and modernization with confidence.
A Clear Way Foward
What attracted me to Inadev was the combination of innovation, agility, and clear strategic vision. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering modern, mission-focused solutions while maintaining the responsiveness and customer intimacy that agencies increasingly value in today’s environment.
I was especially drawn to Inadev’s forward-looking investments in AI, intelligent automation, cloud modernization, and digital transformation. The company’s leadership in this space is reflected in its status as an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, its achievement of multiple AWS Competencies, including the AWS Generative AI Competency, and its distinction as the first small business to earn that competency. These accomplishments demonstrate both technical excellence and a commitment to helping customers adopt emerging technologies responsibly and effectively.
I was also excited by Ceebit, Inadev’s Agentic AI Modernization and Development Platform. Ceebit represents the type of practical innovation agencies are seeking today, leveraging AI to accelerate modernization, improve delivery, and reduce complexity while maintaining governance, security, and accountability.
Across government, we are seeing agencies move beyond simply exploring emerging technologies and instead focus on how to operationalize them securely, responsibly, and at scale. Inadev is well positioned for that shift because of its strong technical foundation, innovation mindset, and commitment to solving real mission challenges rather than simply implementing technology for technology’s sake.
I also believe the market is increasingly rewarding organizations that can move quickly, stay close to customer missions, and deliver integrated, outcome-driven solutions without unnecessary complexity. That aligns strongly with how Inadev approaches the market today.
From my perspective, I hope to bring a combination of strategic growth leadership, operational discipline, and deep understanding of the federal civilian landscape. My focus will be on helping strengthen customer relationships, expanding solution-led growth strategies, and ensuring we continue delivering measurable impact for agencies navigating modernization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.
A Transition from AI Experimentation to Operational Deployment
There are several major shifts happening across the federal market right now. One of the most significant is the transition from experimentation with AI to operational deployment at scale. Agencies are moving beyond curiosity and pilot programs and are now asking practical questions around governance, security, interoperability, workforce readiness, and measurable mission value.
At the same time, agencies continue facing challenges tied to legacy infrastructure, fragmented systems, data silos, cybersecurity pressures, and growing demands for operational efficiency. Many organizations are trying to modernize while still maintaining mission continuity and managing increasingly complex regulatory and security requirements.
Another important trend is the growing expectation for integrated modernization strategies. Customers no longer want isolated tools or disconnected point solutions. They are looking for strategic partners that can connect AI, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and data into unified environments that improve mission outcomes while reducing operational complexity and technical debt.
I also believe the market will continue rewarding agile, innovation-focused companies that can move quickly, stay close to customer missions, and deliver differentiated capabilities with speed and flexibility. Agencies want partners that understand both the technology landscape and the operational realities of government environments.
At Inadev, we will continue focusing on practical innovation – helping agencies modernize responsibly, adopt emerging technologies thoughtfully, and build scalable, secure solutions that create measurable value.
An Opportunity for Small Business
Partnerships are more important than ever in today’s environment, particularly as customer challenges become increasingly complex and multidisciplinary. I would absolutely encourage organizations with differentiated capabilities, innovative thinking, and strong mission understanding to reach out.
That includes small businesses with expertise in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, data analytics, digital services, platform modernization, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies supporting civilian and health missions. I’m also interested in organizations that bring strong agency relationships, niche domain expertise, scalable accelerators, or specialized delivery capabilities that complement Inadev’s strategic priorities.
Beyond capabilities alone, I value partners that are collaborative, mission-focused, and committed to long-term customer success. The strongest partnerships are built on trust, transparency, shared values, and a mutual commitment to innovation and execution excellence.
As the market continues evolving, successful partnerships will increasingly be about combining complementary strengths to help agencies solve larger, more integrated mission challenges.
Helping Shape Next Stages of Growth
What excites me most about joining Inadev is the opportunity to help shape the company’s next phase of growth during a time of significant transformation across government technology.
Federal agencies are under increasing pressure to modernize faster, improve operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, responsibly adopt AI, and deliver better outcomes for the people they serve. At the same time, they are looking for partners that can help simplify complexity, provide practical innovation, and deliver measurable mission value.
I believe Inadev is uniquely positioned for this moment because of its combination of technical expertise, innovation mindset, agility, and strong customer focus. The company has built an impressive foundation, and I’m excited to help expand its impact across the civilian market while continuing to strengthen delivery excellence and strategic growth.
Most importantly, I look forward to working alongside a talented team that is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and mission success, while building strong partnerships across the broader federal technology community.
