CATHEXIS Wins $159M Transition and Economic Development (TED) Program Support IDIQ

FALLS CHURCH, Virginia—CATHEXIS, a leading management consulting company that delivers rapid, highly-skilled, and thoughtful organizational excellence solutions and services to leading federal government and industry clients, secured an award supporting the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Transition and Economic Development (TED).

A Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), CATHEXIS was awarded the five-year, single-award IDIQ.  The team will provide VA’s TED organization with a broad range of general management and business support services, including program and project management, governance and strategic integration, policy analysis, curriculum and training, and data analytics and evaluation services.

VA expects over 200,000 of Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard service members to transition from military to civilian life each year over the next five years. TED is leading the charge to connect with service members while they are still on active duty and partner earlier in their military life cycle to help them and their families proactively prepare for civilian life. TED provides the seamless and continuous support from the 365 days pre-separation through the critical first year post-separation and incorporates post-separation outreach and connectivity as part of its service to Veterans and their families.

The CATHEXIS award team includes a diverse range of strategic partners, providing VA with expert-level, specialized support in all areas of the contract. Many of these partners include deep ties to the Veteran community and include 640 Acres, Barbaricum, Aspiron, Caladwich, Emerald One, ARServices, ICF, Reingold, Guidehouse and IBM WH.
