Blue Water Thinking is Honored to Support VHA’s Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP)!   Building on our 2023 mission-focused achievements to improve care delivery to our Nation’s Veterans, BWT is excited to kick off 2024 by continuing our partnership with VA through the award of a 10-year, $23 Billion IDIQ contract to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Integrated Critical Staffing Program (ICSP). Impacted by the care backlog from the COVID-19 pandemic, shifting sites, modalities of care and other factors, the demand for health care among Veterans is expected to increase. As such, VA is mitigating these risks by establishing the ICSP.    In support of VHA’s efforts to address these risks, BWT along with our tremendously talented team of industry partners will enable VHA to fill emergent staffing needs and provide staffing coverage to prevent gaps in Veteran access to timely and high-quality health care and other services. “We have assembled a highly capable team that is committed to helping VHA support the over nine million Veterans that rely on it for meeting their healthcare needs” said Mike Cardarelli, CEO of Blue Water Thinking. “By augmenting VA staffing capacity, we will enhance VA’s ability to meet the needs of Veterans, their families, and caregivers.” #veteransaffairs #veterans #ICSP #BWT #BlueWaterThinking #teamwork
