Last week I had a chance to join Bellese as their new CEO. This afternoon, I finally met with the last team since I started. I made the decision not to announce this on LinkedIn until I had a chance to meet with each team individually, and importantly, give them a chance to get to know me and ask me questions. Some of the questions were hard. I think it's important that team members find out about, and meet their leadership, not via social media, but rather with interaction. A big part of my job is creating safe environments where good people can do great work and blind social media announcements don't promote that idea. Team first. And it's awesome to work with such amazing people. Hopefully I can fulfill the trust Pam and John have put in me as I lead their people forward.
