B&A, a leading IT systems integrator and government contracting solutions provider, is pleased to announce Matt McElroy as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over a decade of financial and strategic leadership experience, McElroy will oversee the company’s financial operations.

Prior to joining B&A, McElroy served as the Chief Financial Officer of KnightSwan Acquisition Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), focused on innovative technology and national security. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting, and cash management. He also led target company identification and financial due diligence efforts.
Before his tenure at KnightSwan, McElroy held senior positions at Pipaya Partners, a boutique M&A consulting firm specializing in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government sector, where he led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. His earlier career includes roles at Grant Thornton, where he executed numerous transactions in the ADG, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
