The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to ATX Capital Partners
The objective of this sole source award is to procure Information Technology (IT) support services to support the Marine Corps Software Factory (MCSWF) to deliver secure, scalable, and operationally relevant software capabilities in direct support of Fleet Marine Force (FMF) priorities. The support services consist of software engineering, DevSecOps, scalable systems architecture, and agile delivery to directly implement solutions, integrate tools and processes, and support long-term sustainment. ATX Capital Partners, LLC, a Service -Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is currently providing similar services to the Marine Corps Software Factory. ATX Capital Partners has led to an accumulation of essential institutional knowledge that is vital for the near-term success of MCSWF. Although it is conceivable that another vendor could deliver comparable services, the potential disruption and resultant programmatic setbacks to MCSWF would endanger key objectives, significantly increasing the risk of mission failure.
