The Contractor shall maintain and update the website www.insiderthreat.westpoint.edu, a WordPress Content Management System instantiated under contract W911SD23P0070. The customizable WordPress template will continue to be aligned with the West Point Insider Threat Program graphic profile that allows content updates performed by USG staff. The template shall allow one-column and two-column pages. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor, in turn, shall be accountable to the Government for Contractor or subcontractor personnel.
The basic service objective includes the following:
- Maintain and update a custom WordPress website template and dashboard.
- Develop and edit necessary written content for insiderthreat.westpoint.edu.
- Identify and select images.
- Manage draft reviews and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with DoD guidelines and regulations.
- Provide the necessary coding for template maintenance and update.
- Testing and quality control of functionalities as the website matures.
- Ensure the template can publish articles, connect to social media, and enable podcast links.
