Requirement is to provide engineering and test support services for the Army Evaluation Center (AEC) at various testing locations.
(U) SCOPE. This PWS sets forth the requirements for services to support T&E programs at AEC. Services will include the performance of a wide variety of technical tasks and may include management and professional support services; studies, analyses, and evaluations; and engineering and technical services.
The contractor shall accomplish these tasks by applying specialized knowledge and expertise to assist AEC in the evaluation of ESS and safety. This knowledge and expertise shall be applicable to the specific Test Mission Areas (TMAs) and Test Function Areas defined in ATEC Regulation 10-1, ATEC Headquarters Organization, Mission, and Functions. The government intends to award individual task orders (TOs) under this contract applicable to the directorate, division, and/or project level. Each TO-level PWS will specify the requirements for personnel knowledge, skills, abilities, competencies, and security clearance. A TO may be awarded for one or more of the following tasks: AAIDED Support.
This task requires specialized expertise in data sciences, data analytics, ML, AI, and DE, to support the technical performance evaluation of systems, subsystems, and components across all TMAs. AFED Support. The contractor will apply specialized expertise in the technical performance evaluation of systems, subsystems, and components in one or more of the following TMAs: Air/Missile Defense (Air-Based), Aircraft (manned and unmanned), Aircraft Armaments, Aviation Command and Control, Aviation Surveillance, Counter-Unmanned Aircraft, Directed Energy, Fire Control, Missiles/Rockets (Air-Based), and associated software. BMDED Support.
This task requires specialized expertise in the technical performance evaluation of systems, subsystems, and components in one or more of the following TMAs: Air/Missile Defense (Ground-Based); Missiles/Rockets (Ground Based); and associated Command and Control, sensors, and radars.
- Business Size Standard: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330, (Exception 1) Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons, size standard is $47M.
- Industry Day: This acquisition will have its own industry day, projected to be held in August 2025. Government representatives will be available to discuss this opportunity at that time. Estimated Dollar Value: $250M-$270M
- Estimated Period of Performance: October 2026 – September 2033
- Contract Type: The Army is considering using a multiple award ID/IQ that includes the use of multiple contract types.
