AretecSBD, a Joint Venture of Aretec, Inc., and SBD, is proud to announce its selection as a prime contractor on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s $20 billion PROTECTS (Primary Responsibility for Operations and Technology Enhancements for Cybersecurity and Treasury Systems) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This award was secured as part of a Contractor Team Arrangement (CTA) with ShorePoint Inc. Together, our CTA will serve as a prime on the Treasury PROTECTS contract.
As the largest BPA in Treasury’s history, PROTECTS is a landmark effort to centralize and streamline the acquisition of enterprise-wide cybersecurity services. Through this strategic CTA, AretecSBD, and ShorePoint are prepared to deliver advanced cybersecurity capabilities—including the operation of Security Operations Centers (SOCs)—to safeguard Treasury’s critical systems and data across its departments and bureaus.
