Aptive welcomes Jon Brooks, director of service delivery in Veteran health, to the executive leadership team. Mr. Brooks, a U.S. Army Veteran and federal leader, oversees a health care-related portfolio of projects and manages service delivery, quality, risk and cost control.

Mr. Brooks is experienced in leading large-scale, enterprise-level, transformative initiatives, including health care and IT transformation and supply chain improvement and optimization. He excels as a business development leader and is proficient in identifying and pursuing opportunities from initial planning to execution. He has managed shared multi-year pipelines and designed several successful go-to-market strategies.

In prior roles, Mr. Brooks has led teams of 50+ subcontractors and managed a $1.4B prime contract award, including a portfolio of 14 contract/task orders with over $30M in total contract value. Some of Mr. Brooks’ efforts led to doubling service line headcount and revenue, exceeding profitability goals by over 75%. He has supported efforts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, building multi-year pipelines while leading pricing activities and strategic capture initiatives.

“As our teams continue to push the bounds of innovation, Jon’s role will be important in managing service delivery, ensuring quality and controlling costs within the portfolio,” said Clive Ballard, senior vice president of Veteran health. “His exceptional leadership and proven ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on experience will be invaluable in helping Aptive navigate and lead its transformation initiatives.”
