The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HNCK) Joint Base San Antonio Lackland AFB intends to award a sole source modification to the Incumbent Lockheed Martin, LLC. The Incumbents contract will be extended for 12 months, which includes design, provision and manage the software development CI/CD platform. Support accreditation activities for the development and production environments for all JCC2 applications. Develop training content, including manuals, CBT and other content development and delivery/integration with PCTE. Support Help Desk and IT Service Management integration.
The Government intends to make an award by March 2024, in accordance with 6.302-1 – 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source – No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
