This contract shall provide HQ STARCOM Business Office and its subordinate units with acquisition and advisory support for managing and executing a portfolio of service contracts engaged throughout each stage of the Adaptive Acquisition Lifecycle, from pre-award to post-award activities for all assigned portfolios and/or programs to achieve the organizational mission of delivering responsive, mission-focused acquisition solutions that optimize warfighter operations.
The contractor shall assist in program management, program analysis, requirements definition, acquisition strategy development, source selection planning/preparation, and post-award management oversight of performance monitoring and assessment, requirements changes/contract modifications, program management reviews, and quarterly/annual execution reviews.
