The purpose of this effort is to support the United States Government (USG) owned, cost-shared European Participating Air Forces (EPAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Consolidated Technical Coordination Group (TCG) Web-Enabled Database (hereafter referred to as TCG Database) currently utilized by 40 participating countries in the F-16, Precision Guided Munitions (PGM), and Proven Aircraft (PA) FMS TCGs and the F-16 International Digital Technical Order(s) Delivery (IDTODS) system.
The contractor shall perform engineering and management services required to support, maintain, and keep the TCG Database operational and accessible to all participating FMS partner nations and USG approved users. The TCG database consists of three (3) TCG, two (2) IDTODS and one (1) Cost Share Analysis Tool (CSAT) database, approximately 380,000 lines of code. The contractor shall be responsible for all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and other items as necessary to perform the requirements as defined within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall also perform engineering services that updates or transitions the TCG Database as defined in Task Orders.
