Solutions (AMTAE) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Data2Design Technologies, LLC, a leading information technology and services firm, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will enhance AMTAE’s information technology and process improvement capabilities, expand its talent pool and service delivery models, and strengthen its partnerships with strategic industry leaders to better support client adaptation and transformation
Data2Design, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, has been delivering consulting services to the Federal Government since 2012. As a leading partner in the federal IT ecosystem, the company specializes in driving continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
