This requirement is to provide Unclassified Information Technology (IT) Support Services to the 9th Civil Engineering Squadron (9 CES) at Beale AFB (BAFB). This service includes supporting services to the Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise Operating System environment, as well as Microsoft Office suite applications, alongside various other Commercial off the shelf (COTS) and government off the shelf (GOTS) applications. 9 CES is comprised of approximately 430 members across 25 facilities and provides Beale Air Force Base (AFB) with superior facility, airfield, and utility system construction, operations, and maintenance; fire emergency services, explosive ordnance disposal, and emergency management; unaccompanied along with privatized family housing facilities and programs; installation management, asset optimization and environmental security.
The contractor shall provide Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRnet) computer support services, system administrator maintenance, Information Technology (IT) security, IT asset inventory, and customer system support in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 17-1203, Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) and Accountability. Air Force Instruction (AFI) 17-1203 implements Department of the Air Force Policy Directive (DAFPD) 17-1, Information Dominance Governance and Management, and supports DAFPD 17-2, Cyber Warfare Operations and AFPD 10-6, Capability Requirements Development. This AFMAN provides the overarching guidance and direction for managing Department of the Air Force (DAF) Information Technology (IT) hardware and software assets as defined in overarching requirements outlined in Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 5000.64, Accountability and Management of DOD Equipment and Other Accountable Property, DODI 5000.76, Accountability and Management of Internal Use Software, DOD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), 7000.14-R, Volume 4, Chapter 25, General Equipment, and DOD FMR, 7000.14-R, Volume 4, Chapter 27, Internal Use Software.
The Contractor shall provide management and support as required for the performance of contract tasks. The Contractor shall also provide the necessary employees to support contract tasks broken into four major areas: Computer Support Administrator (CSA), Computer Security (COMPUSEC), Unit Software License Manager (USLM) and Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM). The Contractor shall be responsible for complete staffing and ensure that all employees are qualified, trained, and certified to perform the requirements of this PWS.
Period of Performance: 22 Aug 2024 – 21 Aug 2029; Includes a Base Year plus Four (4) option periods.
