December RFP planned for FEMA Resilience Acquisition Support Services BPA Recompete

Slated for release on December 11, 2023, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA is initiating a recompetition for the Resilience Acquisition Support Services BPA, currently run under contract number 70FA2019A00000001, held by Garud Technology Services. This opportunity, categorized under NAICS 541611 – Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, has an estimated value ranging from $20,000,000 to $50,000,000. The focus of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to provide enterprise-wide acquisition management support services within the Resilience organization. It encompasses lifecycle acquisition management support for the procurement of goods and services, as well as performance-based management support for Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs). While designated as a small business set-aside within the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule (GSA MAS), the emphasis of this contract is on delivering efficient and effective acquisition management support services, crucial for the operations of FIMA, Grants, and National Preparedness within the Resilience portfolio.
