Program Integration Directorate (PID) leverages the VA’s Acquisition Framework and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to provide support to the Enterprise Supply Chain and VA Logistics Redesign Program Management Office (VALOR) by reducing variability, integrating across offices developing governance rigor, and creating transparency while increasing system and process traceability through managing the implementation and deployment of solutions. PID is responsible for managing key programmatic activities for the modernization and management of the VA Enterprise Supply Chain modernization effort. This includes ensuring that programs, projects, and activities are integrated, monitored, visualized, and reported to leadership forums.
The Contractor shall provide the full range of program and project support services to support VALOR Program execution, critical to the success of both the Directorate, the VALOR Program Office and the overall Enterprise Supply Chain effort. The Contractor shall provide support to assist the Government in implementing disciplined, comprehensive, and flexible program and project management processes for the programs and projects within the VALOR PMO. Activities include monitoring of project metrics, rigorous risk management, and prompt reporting on Government-approved cost, schedule, performance, and risk baselines. The Contractor shall provide administrative support including typing, meeting facilitation, filing distribution of reports, data entry, preparation and presentations, meeting scheduling, and other administrative duties as assigned. The Contractor shall provide planning, design, and organization of presentation materials. All work products will be shared across VALOR PMO Directorates to ensure integration to support the mission and vision of the Supply Chain solution.
