This requirement is a sustainment effort for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS), Application & Database (AppsDB), and Modernization and Analytics Initiative (MAI). The contractor shall provide technical support, planning, deployment of improvements, and lifecycle sustainment. The contractor shall provide in-depth operational installation guides and operational planning for optimal sustainment and deployment of technology. This requirement also includes support activities such as implementing cyber security, Tier III support, database optimization, testing & integration support activities, system documentation/FAQs and help guides, change management, performance monitoring and data analytics.
