DHS OIG is seeking a small business to provide Zero Trust Oversight

The Daily Slice: While this new 5-year contract is expected to be quite small, the level of competition is expected to be big for a Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General solicitation which is expected to be released as early as next week seeking a contractor to support OIG efforts to fully provide oversight of the Zero Trust requirements outlined in the Presidential Order 14028, OMB M-22-09, and the NIST SP 800-207 (Zero Trust Architecture) mandates. Zero Trust is essential to the OIG’s IT assessment support functions and through this procurement, the Contractor will be asked to identify and provide staff to support OIG’s mission and in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.

The latest word from DHS is that this solicitation is expected to be released on GSA MAS using NAICS  541511. This contract is identified as a new requirement, so no incumbent.
