Four Dozen OASIS Expiring Tasks Expected to Draw Interest in 2026

By Andréa Leichtman, VP of Opportunity Research

The OS AI team has received multiple inquiries from forward-looking One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) focused companies researching potential task orders and contracts that are expected to be recompeted in 2026. Included here we share potential recompete opportunities on OASIS and are expected to draw a lot of attention.

OS AI Note – Dance Lightly. Do know that some of these potential requirements will NOT end up being recompeted for any number of reasons (e.g., contract consolidation, extension, cancellation, etc). This is not meant to be a comprehensive list but can serve as a foundation as you build out your pipeline and start to have teaming discussions.

Additionally, the new Administration and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) are continuing to make many changes throughout government agencies. OS understands the implications these changes are making in the GovCon industry related to future contracting opportunities. We will continue to report on the expiring tasks but please be sure to keep track of any related agency changes DOGE may enact.

Some of the expiring contracts and tasks across OASIS expected to draw the most inquiries and interest include:

  1. If you are tracking these expiring OASIS tasks and beginning to shape your 2026 pipeline, COREONYX Government Solutions is very interested in supporting as a teaming partner and as a Prime where it makes sense.

We are a current OASIS+ Prime in both the SDVOSB and Small Business pools. As a Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, we bring the flexibility, responsiveness, and mission focus agencies are increasingly prioritizing, along with the contract access and past performance depth needed to win and deliver.
For firms evaluating opportunities across DHS, DoD, HHS, DOT, DOJ, Air Force, Navy, Space Force, and NIH, COREONYX offers differentiated value in several key areas:

Enterprise IT Modernization and Digital Transformation
We lead large-scale modernization initiatives that integrate legacy systems, unify data streams, and enable real-time performance management. Our MissionIQ platform was developed to give agency leadership a clear operational picture across mission areas, driving agility, accountability, and measurable performance improvements

    COREONYX – MissionIQ
At SSA, we partnered to deliver the SecurityStat performance platform, reducing call wait times by 36% and driving disability appeals backlog to a 30-year low

    COREONYX – MissionIQ

These are not conceptual outcomes. They are operational results inside one of the largest civilian agencies in government.

    Cloud, DevSecOps, and Secure Infrastructure
COREONYX designs and operates secure, cloud-based environments across AWS GovCloud, Azure, and Acquia platforms. At EXIM, we delivered 99.999% uptime in AWS GovCloud while modernizing Drupal-based enterprise systems and exceeding SLA requirements

DOI – USGS WMA ETO BPA for IT S…

At DOJ under the $4.5B ITSS-5 IDIQ, we support full lifecycle IT services spanning enterprise architecture, software development, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity under the SDVOSB track

    CNX – Past Perf – ORNL – DOJ IT…

That experience directly aligns with many of the expiring OASIS A&AS, PMO, systems engineering, and mission support efforts listed above.

Data Analytics, Automation, and Operational Efficiency
We have demonstrated the ability to drive measurable cost savings through automation and data integration. For a major metropolitan government, we reduced a manual 8-hour, multi-system legal research process to minutes, cutting annual costs from $3.5M to roughly $30K and positioning the platform for enterprise-wide replication

    Agile Delivery with Disciplined Governance
Our proprietary CERTAIN-T™ methodology integrates user-centered design, DevSecOps, continuous delivery, and modern cybersecurity practices into a structured, outcome-driven framework

We are ISO 9001:2015-aligned, CMMI L2, CMMCL2 organization that operates mature PMO structures across IDIQs and BPAs, and are accustomed to managing high-visibility, mission-critical environments with strong executive engagement.

    Why COREONYX as a Teammate?

    • SDVOSB Prime access under OASIS+
    • Proven ability to lead or strengthen small, focused pursuit teams
    • Deep experience in CMS, cloud migration, enterprise analytics, PMO support, and mission engineering
    • Strong CPARS and high-visibility enterprise past performance
    • Executive-level engagement and disciplined capture support

We are particularly interested in discussing teaming on:
    – DHS CWMD, CISA, ICE, S&T, and CBP efforts
    – DoD C5ISR, IMDC2, CEOIS, SOF, and engineering support
    – Air Force, Space Force, and Navy mission systems and test support
    – NIH, CDC, and DHA program management and technical services
    – DOT analytics and systems modernization

As noted in the OS AI commentary, not all of these will recompete as structured. That said, now is the time for thoughtful conversations, capability alignment, and disciplined team formation.
If you are building a team and want an SDVOSB OASIS+ Prime with demonstrated modernization, analytics, and enterprise IT delivery experience, let’s connect.
