Compass Arora JV in Line for Small Business Vendor Pool on $43 Billion DHA MQS2-NG Contract

Compass Arora JV, a joint venture between Compass Government Solutions, a leading woman-owned small business, and The Arora Group, a provider of healthcare and mission-critical staffing to federal agencies, today received preaward notification that the Defense Health Agency intends to award it a position in the small business vendor pool of the Medical Q-Coded Services 2 – Next Generation (MQS2-NG) contract.

The 10-year, $43 billion IDIQ contract supports DHA’s delivery of clinical and administrative services at military treatment facilities across the U.S. and abroad. This award follows The Arora Group’s selection to the unrestricted vendor pool in May 2024.

“This award gives Compass Arora JV the opportunity to support DHA in a way that leverages both small business agility and proven operational infrastructure,” said Tracy Balazs, CEO of Compass Government Solutions.

“We’ve built the infrastructure, we know the mission, and we look forward to continuing to support our nation’s health readiness,” said Sam Arora, CEO of The Arora Group.

The MQS2-NG program is a consolidated procurement vehicle that will allow military facilities to obtain direct patient care, associated support services, and health activities, as well as analytical support at both regional and local levels.

MQS2-NG replaces the expiring Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS) and Medical Support Services (MSS) contracts, which collectively have more than 50 contractors, including The Arora Group.
