US Air Force Space Systems Command Sources Sought: Comptroller IT Support

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Comptroller IT Support for the Space Launch Delta 45 at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), Florida and Space Launch Delta 30 at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California.

Purpose: Contractor must maintain the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) by performing JOCAS System Administrator functions. Version releases accomplished by the Program Management Office at Wright Patterson Air force Base will be reviewed for potential issues within the specified timeframe by the contractor. Contractor will communicate with the JOCAS program office to resolve any discrepancies. Contractor will be knowledgeable in web based applications, Oracle Databases, Windows Servers, and UNIX servers. Contractor must be knowledgeable of all Comptroller Financial Management processes/procedures and data.

Scope: The contractor shall provide financial management analysis support for Job Order Cost Accounting System II (JOCAS II). The PSFB contractor staff will manage virtual servers for the Comptroller Financial Information System (CFIS) for both wings.  Contractor will be required to troubleshoot when connectivity has been lost and determine corrective action. This effort shall provide an efficient and effective means of automating the gathering of actual and estimated cost data. This includes the collection and consolidation of costs, the summarization of data from a base level general accounting system, the comparison of actual and estimated job order costs. The primary goal of the PWS is to provide the government with the best direct and reimbursable financial data, advice, and analysis possible to enhance the financial management analysis effort in direct support of the Eastern/Western Ranges.
