The U.S. Army, Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) seeks to continue software licensing renewal agreements, operations, maintenance, and sustainment support for the Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) threat information sharing tool for use in their antiterrorism (AT), protection, law enforcement (LE), and other supported missions. This requirement shall also provide for application patches, enhancements, security resolutions, training, and help desk services. The JARVISS System provides real-time threat information-sharing capabilities across the Army Enterprise and with DOD and other government partners. This web-based application provides a customized configuration provided solely to the U.S. Government hosted on an approved Government cloud solution (further defined in later paragraphs).
