The Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) will drive Department-wide business reform by integrating transportation and financial processes at the transaction level to optimize transportation and financial management of the Transportation of Things, through procurement of an enterprise-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, supported with Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTmLPF-P). Source Selection for the implementation and material solution are in progress.
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) provides the Government’s non-personal services A&AS requirements for JTMS and JDDE stakeholders involved in the JTMS program. The Contractor shall provide technical assistance services across all disciplines including program management, architecture and integration, functional support, system engineering, system security, and program control support to the JTMS Program. This PWS includes the following task areas:

Task Area 2: Joint Program Office Support
Task Area 3: Functional Support
Task Area 4: Architecture and Integration Support
Task Area 5: System Engineering
Task Area 6: System Security Support
Task Area 7: Program Controls Support
Task Area 8: Innovation
The Contractor shall maintain awareness of evolving developments in the areas supported, as well as the need to support the JTMS activities during any potential new processes. The Contractor shall provide recommendations on ways to enhance the effectiveness of JTMS activities throughout fielding and sustainment of the application.
