The Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) is seeking contractor support services to provide enterprise program management and technical support services under a single contractual vehicle. This vehicle will be used to support NAVIFOR N6’s overall mission to advance, align, deliver, support, and sustain Information Warfare (IW) capabilities and readiness.
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 15.
A sources sought notice associated with this synopsis, titled “TECHNICAL AND PROGRAM SUPPORT FY24,” was posted on 16 January 2024 to announce an Industry Day conference and identify interested sources and to obtain feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement. As a result of the information obtained from responses to the sources sought notice and Industry Day conference, this requirement will be solicited via SAM.gov as Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $24.5M.
The Federal Supply Classification is DF01, IT and Telecom – IT Management Support Services (Labor). The anticipated performance location is at a government facility/site NAVIFOR, Suffolk, VA.
The anticipated contract will include a five (5)-year ordering period. Included in the period of performance is the Government’s option to extend the required services up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The period of performance is projected to start on 03 August 2025 through 2 February 2031, including FAR 52.217-8.
The solicitation is expected to be available around 24 October 2024. Dates in this notice are projected and may change without modifying this notice.
