Clarivate Analytics LLC, Ann Arbor, Michigan (W51701-24-D-0001); and Wellspring Worldwide Inc., Chicago, Illinois (W51701-24-D-0002), will compete for each order of the $64,376,027 firm-fixed-price contract to procure and implement a cloud-based, enterprise-wide, commercial-off-the-shelf-based intellectual property and technology transfer data-management system.
Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 23, 2029. U.S. Army Small Business Innovation Research Catalyst Program is the contracting activity.
